Father's Day Fly-In (and Soak-In !) - June 17-18, 2006

Toñi prepared a fly-in on Father's Day weekend.  Many people were asked to attend.  I had planned to attend the activity but when I finally made it to his house in Aguadilla that Saturday with my parents; he was coming back from Jobos Beach.  He was not a happy camper as the airstrip was hit by an unexpected flash flood.  They had about three feet of water on the airfield!  He spent the rest of the weekend helping others to pull some of the Ultralights and Gyrocopters that had to be left behind in the flooded area.
